The butter knife
This butter knife is made of a maple wood . This is the same wood that is used to make violins. The body of
the instrument is made with the maple wood of Ezoiyaya, and its braid and grasp with Erimaki (Name of tree)
. Both those trees of Hokkaido are rare and thus very valuable.
The Erimaki tree takes 100 years to grow 10 cm in diameter. Thus its texture is very firm an strong! And that
what makes it so fabulous!

This butter knife uses Violin Grain of the Ezoitaya maple for the braid for Erimaki(Name of tree) and the grasp. Both trees with the scarcity value very much are used from Hokkaido.
